What Items can not be sent?

We do not send Dangerous goods, Unpackaged items, or any item that exceed 4 metres in length.

What do I do once I have paid for the booking?

Once you have booked and paid for the booking you will receive an attachment of shipping label/consignment note via email. You need to print out this shipping label and stick it on to your carton.

I have heavy items over 35kgs what should I do?

Items that exceed 35kgs must be packed on a skid or pallet, and must have a forklift at both the sending & receiving addresses. If your item is over 35 kg's and you do not have a pallet, you must ensure there is sufficient assistance to load and/or unload the vehicle. Failure to have the assistance required will result in either a Futile pickup or Re-delivery fee.

Another option where the contents can be split is to pack the item into multiple cartons. Each carton should weigh under 35kgs.
